NOTES: Holy bourbon Batman. This is one of the most interesting bourbon barreled beers I have ever had and I got it hand it to The Bruery, this thing was dope. There was some slight heat from the chiles, a little bitterness from the ginger and a bunch of sweetness from the passion fruit. Thankfully I had some friends to help consume the bottle as it was too much to handle on my own. Cheers Mr. Rue, great job as usual.
