After many years of getting his feet wet at places like Sierra Nevada and The Colorado Brewing Company, Scott Vaccaro opened Captain Lawrence Brewing in 2006. Ten years later he has seen much growth going and went through a massive expansion in 2011. If you are local to the brewery like I am you know the beer is damn good and some of the most approachable suds on the market. Delicious IPA’s, crispy lagers and some of the best sours in the country.
