NOTES: One of the most slept on, go to styles has got to be the cream ale. I don’t know why more people don’t attack the style. It’s easy to make and if done right, it taste delicious and probably one of the best fridge beers to have around. Newburgh has a great example of the style and I am stoked to have had it right off the line a few weeks back. Cheers to Amit, Charlie, Chris and Paul for having me out, it was a fun filled St. Patty’s day.
