NOTES: It has been sometime since Finback graced the pages of the I Drink Good Beer blog and what better way to bring them back than with their rotating IPA series, Oscillation. This particular batch is loaded with mosaic, citra and hallertau blanc and I must say it may be my favorite one yet. The beer goes on sale this Sunday to celebrate their two year anniversary and one to seek out if you are a local IPA fan. Great job Basil and Kevin. Happy Anniversary, I’ll be seeing you soon.
