One of my favorite things about traveling whether it is work or pleasure is the ability to try new beers. Beers that are either local to the area, surrounding states or a distribution offering that I may not see back home are all game for the tasting. I had more than a few beers on a recent trip to Georgia and couldn’t help but to highlight one of the best beers coming out of Georgia and a must try for any IPA fan. Red Brick Brewing is in the heart of Atlanta and rightfully so, their india pale ale should be called Hoplanta. Brewed with bravo and cascade this IPA is very drinkable with out being over bitter, I found it to be the perfect refresher after my thirteen hour haul from NJ to Buford. Not only is the beer tasty but they have an awesome package to go with it. If you are ever down in the Georgia area whether you are shopping at the Total Wine or grabbing a pint at a Taco mac, be sure to try this awesome brew from Red Brick. I am headed back down in a few months and hoping to pay a visit to the brewery so stay tuned.
