This week Bolero Snort celebrates their second year as a beer maker here in NJ. Over the weekend I had the pleasure of hanging out with the gang as they bottled, labeled and waxed their brew anniversary beer, Cracked Pepperhorn.
Cracked Pepperhorn is a take on an award winning recipe that Bob and Andrew conjured up some years back. Wanting to make a brown ale for some time, they thought it would be great to celebrate the anniversary with this beer.
Co-Founder Andrew Marionna
Co-Founder Bob Olson
Scott Wells, director of waxing operations and not on the bottle.
Along to help out was Gene from New Jersey Craft Beer.
Andrew and Bob put in a lot of effort into Bolero Snort and the fact they bottled up over 800 bottles by hand is a testament to it.
Labeled.
Waxed.
Boxed Up.
Now ready for your consumption. Cheers to the Bolero gang for having me out for this special occasion. The beer is fantastic, and I can’t wait for another year of their raging good beers. The beers start hitting shelves this Friday, and they will be kicking off their celebrations at Barcade this evening in Jersey City.
