Notes: This might be one of the best beers the Bolero guys have cranked out yet. I have seen a lot of positive reviews over the last two weeks about this beer and pumped to share it with you all. As the name suggests this is going to be a rotating series featuring different hops every time around. For those curious about this batch. It was made with Warrior, mosaic, columbus and citra. I highly recommend you pair it with some pork buns too. It’s the perfect companion for anything savory.
