NOTES: With no passion fruit to be found to do a proper shoot for this beer I found the next best thing. A cheeseburger. You maybe asking why and the truth is there is nothing better to pair with a cheesey burger than a nicely fruited pale ale. The latest in Bolero’s Variabull Series is just that. The perfect companion to compliment the burger rather than crush its flavors. Everything worked harmony to keep me comfy on the couch as I let the itis from the meat and tots consume me.
