If you are a truffle fan, then Carton Brewing’s latest beer is for you. Notes of coriander, orange, and honey all wrapped in a belgian triple, intensified by the funk of white truffles make up Gilded Lily. The beer comes out this weekend, and will only be available on draft at the tasting room, and select tap rooms. It’s an interesting one, and while I had my doubt’s in the beginning, it is a damn fine beer in the end.
