NOTES: Unable to find a good looking key lime pie to do this shoot. I turned to the super market for a filler and found a companion in a frozen Edward’s pie. When I pair beer and food I always look to contrast but for this particular beer, similar flavors made for a wonderful experience. The latest Bolero Snort release out of Dark City is the perfect way to kick of the spring and a fantastic pairing for any key lime pie you seek out.
