NOTES – I don’t think any of us have ever consumed the plant known as sumac. Isn’t it poisonous? Either way, Paradox Beer Company decided it would be a great idea to age this golden sour in a french oak with sumac and sea salt. The beer could have used a little more gas behind it but all in all it was a great sour.
