NOTES: While they may be known for their IPA’s you can rest assure that Other Half’s sour game is on point as well. Peachwood Aged is the first of many beers to come out of one of their new found foudre’s and a tasty one at that. Aged on oak with a heap of peaches this crisp, dry, sour ale is so refreshing and the perfect pairing for my beer, bahn mi hangover from last night. Got a few more to lay down so it will be fun to see how these develop. Cheers gang!
