NOTES: My buddy Brandon stays having kumquats in the fridge so what better beer to pair with than this delicious saison from Trinity Brewing. If you have had a kumquat you know the flavor. The sweet rind and the bitter inside make for a great refreshing snack and the perfect arm candy for shooting this beer. Not that I am one to put a slice of fruit in a beer but a little sliver of the small citrus fruit went a long way when thrown in this saison. That last sip with the slice was so fucking good, I wish I put more in it. Great job again Mr. Yester, keep these fantastic beers coming.
